We offer registrars a RU.NET+ package with 72 registries of second-level domain names. Registration in all domains included in this package is performed pursuant to the single Domain Registration Policy.

Why Flexireg?

• One registrar account for 72 domain registries, supported in Flexireg system
  

  Statistics show that demand for domain name registration in second-level registries is still high. However, some of the very attractive registries are underused and have most of the good-looking domain names available for registration. • Standard EPP protocol, Whois for registrars minimum efforts for setting up the system
  

  To ensure data transfers between registrars and registries and to provide Internet users with information on registered domains, the following interfaces are implemented in the system:

  EPP – an interface for interaction with registrars using the EPP protocol under the STD 69 standard.

  WHOIS –a service for providing Internet users with information on registered domains in limited mode.

  WHOIS for registrars –: a service for providing registrars with information on registered domains in unlimited mode.

• Registrar's web interface Track information under your agreement
  

  The system has a multi-purpose registrar's web interface that allows the registrar to track service consumption and money spending, and to issue invoices for payment. Registrars can also use the web interface to download lists of registered domains.

• Registrars accredited for .MOSCOW, .MOCКВА, .RU, or .РФ may have simplified Operational Test and Evaluation
  

  After executing an agreement, a registrar receives two test accounts in Flexireg's OT&E subsystem in order to try out interaction with the registration system.

  For registrars accredited in .MOSCOW, .МОСКВА and/or .RU, .РФ, operational test and evaluation is optional. Other registrars must successfully complete the Operational Test and Evaluation Certification Procedure before getting access to the operational Flexireg system.

  However, even those registrars for whom OT&E is optional are still strongly encouraged to try interacting with Flexireg test subsystem through EPP in accordance with the following procedure. Learn more>>
